Mika Yliluoma

Mika Yliluoma possesses extensive experience in quality management and project development, currently serving as the Head of Quality Management and Project and Development Manager at Viessmann Refrigeration Solutions since October 2013. Prior to this role, Mika held significant positions at Nokia from October 1999 to September 2012, including Head of Demand Management, where responsibilities included strategic direction for global aftermarket services, and Head of Planning and Forecasting, which involved implementing global repair planning processes. Additional roles at Nokia encompassed Material and Supply Manager, Development Manager for Outbound Integration, and participation in a project that successfully doubled the production capacity of Nokia's Hungarian mobile phones. Mika's academic background includes an MBA from the University of Turku and a B.Sc. in Industrial Management from the Rauma Institute of Technology.
