Mona Hokkanen

Mona Hokkanen currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Norpe, a leading manufacturer of innovative refrigeration solutions and part of the international Viessmann Group, a position held since August 2003. Prior to this role, Mona was the HRD Manager at Fennia from March 2001 to July 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Helsinki, completed between 1987 and 1992, as well as secondary education at Brändö Gymnasium from 1983 to 1986.
