Raiyan Mateen is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at EQ Kuala Lumpur since February 2023, working in a Michelin-driven restaurant and collaborating with various Michelin chefs. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Sous Chef at Vogue Lounge KL, Stagiaire at Tippling Club, Chef De Partie at Elements KL, and Commis 1 positions at Nadodi and Mighty Monster Restaurant.
