WAN FAZLI WAN JAAFAR is a skilled butcher chef with extensive experience in various prestigious hotels and restaurants. Since February 2018, WAN FAZLI has been serving at EQ Kuala Lumpur, focusing on efficient kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of product quality and sanitation. Prior to this role, WAN FAZLI held positions such as Senior Chef De Partie at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara and Chef De Partie at Four Points By Sheraton Kuala Lumpur, where responsibilities included overseeing butcher production. Additional experience includes positions at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Prince Hotel, and Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur, where WAN FAZLI developed foundational butcher skills and worked under knowledgeable chefs. Education was completed at UITM Shah Alam.
