Bob Glover

Bob Glover is the Founder and Managing Partner of EQ Talent Solutions, a staffing company established in September 2018 that focuses on attracting top talent through an innovative model emphasizing transparency and long-term relationships. Previously, Bob served as President - NSA at Competentia from January 2016 to July 2018, where full management and P&L responsibilities were held for operations in the USA and Canada at a major supplier of project management and engineering personnel. Bob also held roles at Link Oil & Gas Professionals, including President - NSA and various vice president positions, contributing to the company’s manpower services in the oil and gas sector. Earlier experience includes General Manager - Americas at Brunel, overseeing operations in the USA and Brazil, and a series of Business Development roles at Swift Worldwide Resources. Bob is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Houston, following an Associate of Arts in Business from Houston Community College.
