Gretchen Henry-May is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in performance and reward strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as part of the Group Performance & Reward team at Seven Group Holdings since October 2021, Gretchen is also a Consultant at eQ8 and a Senior Associate at QHR, which specializes in Quantitative Human Resources. Previous roles include General Manager of Group Performance and Remuneration at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Head of Executive Reward at Westpac Banking Corporation. A sabbatical was taken from April 2013 to January 2014 to study cooking in Paris. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources and Sociology from UNSW.
