Jorge Barbero Roucet

Jorge Barbero Roucet currently serves as Product Manager for Sustainable Finance at EQA España, where responsibilities include providing Second Party Opinions (SPO) for Green, Social, and Sustainable Bonds as well as Loans. Previously, Jorge held the position of Senior Technician in Sustainable Finance at the same company and was responsible for similar SPOs. Prior to EQA, Jorge worked at Indra as Environmental Manager, implementing and monitoring environmental audits according to ISO standards across multiple global locations. Experience also includes a role as Quality and Management Systems Manager at Tradecorp International, where oversight of quality in fertilizer production was a primary duty. Earlier roles include Quality Manager at HUTCHINSON and Technician in Quality and Environment at INTECSA-INARSA, where environmental impact studies were conducted. Jorge holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and multiple master's degrees in related fields, as well as certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
