Karen Tineo González is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management, customer growth, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as Customer Growth Manager at EQS Group since March 2022, Karen focuses on enhancing lead generation, customer loyalty, and revenue growth in the UK, Ireland, and Netherlands markets. Prior to EQS Group, Karen held roles such as Account Executive at Bizaway, where responsibilities included developing commercial proposals and onboarding key accounts. Additional experience includes consulting for sustainability initiatives at EADA Business School and various sales and marketing roles at World Courier, LG Electronics, and Triton Trading. Karen holds a Master’s degree in Social Innovation and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business & Innovation, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
