Eric Hussey

Eric Hussey is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing commercial and industrial properties. Currently serving as Regional Property Manager at EQT Exeter since 2016, Eric manages over 11 million square feet of assets, focusing on budgeting, contract negotiations, tenant relations, and project management. Prior to this role, Eric held positions as a Commercial Property Manager at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc., and as a Senior Asset Manager at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, where responsibilities included managing portfolios, developing budgets, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, Eric has experience in sales and property management from Diversified Commercial Real Estate. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
