Robert Mansell

Robert Mansell currently serves as Global Accounts & Tenant Relations at EQT Exeter, a role held since October 2020, focusing on developing relationships with multinational corporations for the company's core/value funds in industrial, office, and life sciences sectors. Previously, Robert held the position of Investment & Leasing Officer, responsible for sourcing acquisitions and directing leasing strategies for a substantial industrial portfolio in the Northeast. Prior experience includes an Assistant Vice President role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in commercial real estate banking, and an Associate Project Manager position at Mobilitie. Robert began career experience as an Analyst for the City of New York’s Capital Projects department. Robert holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from Binghamton University, as well as education from the University of Utah and Cheltenham High School.
