Scott Guo

Scott Guo is an accomplished investment and leasing officer currently leading the Phoenix and Denver markets for EQT Exeter since January 2023. Prior to this role, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Wharton Equity Partners, contributing to innovative real estate investment strategies. With extensive experience at Exeter Property Group, Scott drove acquisition and development processes and has held various positions in real estate investments and asset management. Scott's foundational career began in the US Army, where Scott honed leadership and operational skills, managing complex projects and teams. Scott holds an MBA in Finance and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University.
