Jeffrey Jiefei Lu

Jeffrey Jiefei Lu is a managing director at EQT Group, leading the Hong Kong Growth Team since May 2023. Lu serves as a principal at Poema Global, where execution leadership was demonstrated in the $2.35 billion de-SPAC of Gogoro. Additional board observer roles include positions at Blink Health and Immutable. As a founding team member of Princeville Capital, Lu holds the title of principal, overseeing global coverage in Web3/blockchain and digital health. Prior experience includes roles at Tencent, FountainVest Partners, and Morgan Stanley, complemented by an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
