Mark Kerns

Mark Kerns has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Mark is currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Compliance at Equitrans Midstream Corporation since November 2018. Prior to this, they worked at EQT Corporation from 2010, where they held the positions of Director of Midstream Compliance and Principal Engineer. Before joining EQT Corporation, Mark was the Engineering Services Manager at NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage from 2001 to 2010. Mark also worked as a Senior Applications Engineer at McJunkin Corporation from 1997 to 2001 and as an Automation & Controls Engineer at BAS Technical Services from 1994 to 1997.

Mark Kerns attended West Virginia University Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1994. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, successfully completing the program in five years.
