Spencer Millis

Spencer Millis has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Spencer started their career at Schlumberger in 2011 as a Field Engineer specializing in Measurement While Drilling (MWD). After working at Schlumberger for two years, they moved on to CONSOL Energy in 2013, where they worked as a Drilling Engineer for two years. In 2018, they joined EQT Corporation, where they held two roles. Spencer started as a Gas Controller and later transitioned into the role of Production Planning Engineer in August 2021.

Spencer Millis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Penn State University, which they completed in 2011. In 2013, they obtained the IADC Well Control certification from the IADC Well Control Accreditation Program and also completed training at the Murchison Drilling School. In 2016, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the Fox School of Business at Temple University and completed their degree in 2018.
