Todd M. James

Todd M. James was appointed to serve as the company’s Chief Accounting Officer in November 2019. Previously, Todd was the Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of L.B. Foster Company. Prior to that he was Senior Director, Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting at Rice Energy from December 2014 through its acquisition by EQT in November 2017 and through February 2018. Prior to joining Rice Energy, Todd was a Senior Manager, Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he worked from August 2005 to November 2014. Todd is a certified public accountant and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Accountancy, a Master’s Certificate, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from West Virginia University.
