Gary Lamb

Gary Lamb has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Gary has worked in various roles and companies, showcasing their expertise in software development, project management, business development, and leadership.

Since 2018, Gary Lamb has been with Equal Experts as a Delivery Lead. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Software Development Manager at 24.com. In 2016, they served as the GM Cape Town at Derivco.

From 2011 to 2016, Gary Lamb worked at CSG International, first as a Delivery Team Manager and then as a Software Development Manager.

Before joining CSG International, they were employed at BSG (Africa) where they held multiple positions. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Product Manager for the Collaborative Platform, responsible for product development, marketing strategies, and customer engagement. Earlier, from 2005 to 2010, they held the role of Business Development Executive for the Western Cape region. In this role, they managed sales processes and formulated contracts. Additionally, they served as the Associate Director: Head of Software Solutions Delivery from 2007 to 2009, where they developed business unit strategies and managed commercial agreements. Within BSG (Africa), they also worked as a Project Manager from 2005 to 2009, leading teams and implementing various management and delivery methodologies.

Gary Lamb began their career as a Software Developer at BSG (Africa) in 1999 and worked there until 2004. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Consultant and Software Developer through contracts in the U.K. with Unisys and Intersolv from 1997 to 1999. Gary started their professional journey at Old Mutual in 1995 as a Software Developer.

Gary Lamb attended Cape Peninsula University of Technology from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a National Diploma in Financial Information Systems. During their time there, they studied Information Systems, Financial and Cost Accounting, and Auditing.
