Gonçalo Silva

Gonçalo Silva's work experience includes roles such as Senior Software Engineer at Equal Experts, where they currently work since October 2018. Before that, they had a traveling sabbatical from July 2015 to September 2018, volunteering at various projects and communities in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Gonçalo also worked as a Software Engineer (contract) at HM Revenue & Customs from January 2015 to July 2015. Prior to that, they were an Associate Software Engineer at Equal Experts from January 2015 to July 2015.

Furthermore, they have experience as an Assistant Organizer at the London software craftsmanship community from September 2012 to July 2015. Gonçalo also worked as a Software Engineer at Pivotal Labs from June 2013 to November 2014, where they contributed to various projects, including the development of a highly scalable real-time mobile ad buying platform.

Additionally, Gonçalo Silva served as an Organizer for the Socrates UK Conference from September 2013 to July 2014. Gonçalo was also a Dev Team Lead at Novoda from August 2012 to May 2013, where they oversaw technical aspects of projects and mentored team members. Moreover, they worked as an Android Software Engineer at Novoda from April 2011 to July 2012, developing Android applications for various clients.

Gonçalo Silva also has experience as a Software Intern at Novoda from January 2011 to March 2011, a Software Intern at FrontlineSMS from October 2010 to November 2010, and a Software Developer at the University of Greenwich from May 2010 to August 2010. During their time at the University of Greenwich, they developed a plug-in for the E-Supervision website using ASP and HTML.

Gonçalo Silva attended CLIP from 1995 to 2003. During this period, it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study. Later, from 2003 to 2007, they attended UCL and earned a MEng degree with first-class honors in Electric and Electronic Engineering.
