Matt Ince

Matt Ince has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, with experience in both the technology and IT sectors. Matt is currently working as a Talent Acquisition & Resource Manager (Technology) at Equal Experts, where they focus on delivering simple bespoke software solutions to clients. Prior to this, Matt worked at Sainsbury's as a Recruitment Manager for their Digital, Tech & Data division from 2014 to 2020. Matt also served as an IT Recruitment Account Manager at Steria, where they managed their largest PSL account and led a team of resourcers. Additionally, Matt worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Advanced Resource Managers from 2004 to 2005. Their expertise includes project, program, and PMO management.

From 1991 to 1996, Matt attended Canon Slade School and completed their GCSEs.
