Donald Brown

Donald Brown joined EJI in 2018. He was sentenced to life imprisonment when he was just 16 years old and spent 42 years in prison, where he earned his GED, a college degree, and a master’s in theology from Christian Life School of Theology Global. A longstanding client of EJI, he was released on parole and joined the specialized re-entry program in 2018. An esteemed graduate of the PREP program, Mr. Brown continues to bring tremendous empathy, insight, and dedication to his work at EJI.
