Norma Lopez

Norma Lopez is a Software Engineer I at Equal Opportunity Schools, where the mission focuses on providing equitable access to high school programs for all students, especially low-income individuals and students of color. Previously, Norma served as a Software Engineer Intern at Denver Health, following a role as a Nutrition Counselor, where responsibilities included determining participant eligibility and offering nutritional education. Prior experience includes work as an Immigration Specialist at the Alliance for African Assistance, where grant management and application assistance for over 200 immigrants were key duties. Norma holds a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of Northern Colorado and received training at the Turing School of Software & Design.
