Eloise Poole is a Senior Research Associate at the Equality and Human Rights Commission since July 2017, having previously served as a Policy and Research Officer at Arts Council England from October 2014 to July 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Researcher in the Children and Young People Team at NatCen Social Research from August 2008 to October 2014, where Eloise specialized in mixed-methods research and quantitative projects. Notable research projects feature an ESRC funded secondary analysis on fatherhood in Britain in collaboration with the University of East Anglia. Eloise holds an MSc in Comparative Social Policy and a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
