Adrielle Welch-Brooks is a Development Operations Associate at Equality California. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Post Production Assistant at Netflix and an Academy GOLD Production Track Intern at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Adrielle graduated from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Academy Gold Talent Development and Inclusion program, an exclusive film industry internship enhancement program. As part of the program, they executed cuts and edits from the dailies of a TV series on AVID, Premiere, and Final Cut for an exercise led by film editor Troy Takaki. Adrielle also operated and tested cameras as well as learned camera techniques at Panavision and Warner Bros. with seasoned cinematographers such as Daryn Okada, and Richard Crudo. In addition, they obtained firsthand knowledge about above- and below-the-line entertainment industry careers, including directing, producing, cinematography, production design, post production, film editing, film financing, and distribution.

Adrielle Welch-Brooks has a Bachelor of Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from California State University, Long Beach.
