Lisa Shu

Lisa Shu is a Venture Partner at Deep Science Ventures, where entrepreneurial scientists are connected with existing scientific knowledge to address significant global challenges. Lisa serves as a Board Advisor for Immerse Education, Hence Technologies, and Equality Group, and has been a Negotiation Professor at London Business School since 2014, transforming aspiring negotiators into confident deal architects. As the Founder and Executive Director of the Newton Venture Program, Lisa developed an innovative training program for future tech investors. With a background that includes a tenure-track position as an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at Harvard Business School and a Visiting Professor role at Kellogg School of Management, Lisa has authored over a dozen peer-reviewed publications and holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Psychology from Harvard Business School.
