Bobby Pinero

Bobby Pinero is the CEO and Co-Founder of Equals. Bobby was previously the Senior Director of Finance & Analytics at Intercom from October 2013 to March 2021. While at Intercom, they led the Finance organization as the company scaled from less than $1M ARR to $150M+, and from 20 employees to 600+ employees. Prior to Intercom, Bobby was a Senior Finance Analyst at Inflection from June 2012 to October 2013, and a Finance Analyst at IBM from September 2010 to May 2012.

Bobby Pinero's educational career started at St. Albans School in D.C. where they received their bachelors. Bobby then went on to Stanford University and received their Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering.
