Kelly Negron serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the International Behavior Analysis Organization (IBAO) since May 2023, focusing on advisory efforts in Mexico. As Clinical Director at Equanimity Behavioral Services since September 2017, Kelly Negron has overseen therapeutic interventions for children diagnosed with Autism. Previous experience includes roles as a Behavior Therapist at Progressive Behavioral Science, where responsibilities encompassed conducting assessments and managing behavioral programs, and practicum positions at Unicorn Children's Foundation Feeding Disorder Clinic and Mailman Segal Center for Human Development, where involvement included behavioral assessments and caregiver training. Kelly Negron holds a Doctor of Science in Epidemiology, a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, all from Nova Southeastern University.
