Manan Shah is an Analyst at Equanimity Ventures, with prior experience in M&A Private Equity and Venture Capital at ANB Legal-India. Previously, Manan held roles at Inflection Point Ventures as a Legal & Investment Intern and Compliance Intern, where responsibilities included drafting term sheets, managing fund compliance, and conducting legal due diligence for startups. Earlier experiences include internships at LenDenClub, IIFL Wealth, and Krishnamurthy & Co. Manan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship, along with a CS Foundation degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
