Fiona Ward

Fiona Ward has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position was as the Head of HR Projects at EQUANS UK & Ireland starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Waterstons as a People and Culture Business Partner, focusing on employee engagement and implementing HR systems and platforms. Fiona also served as the HR Manager at BEL Valves, where they improved employee engagement and launched the company's values. Fiona has also held roles at VANTEC EUROPE LIMITED, Newcastle University, Durham Business School, WardLambert Human Resources, BP, TRW Automotive Systems, and Johnson Controls Automotive, showcasing their wide-ranging expertise in human resources.

Fiona Ward holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from Newcastle University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Open University, completed from 2010 to 2014.
