Laura Amirbashiri

Laura Amirbashiri has extensive work experience in project management and IT. Laura is currently the Portfolio Lead - Enterprise Data Management at EQUANS UK & Ireland, where they are responsible for IT data and application projects. Prior to this, they worked at ENGIE UK & Ireland as an IT Project Manager, delivering projects and programmes using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Laura also participated in the management graduate scheme at ENGIE and gained experience in project management and the Project Management Office. Earlier in their career, Laura worked at The Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education as a Student Engagement Adviser and Student Reviewer.

Laura Amirbashiri attended the University of Hull from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a BA Hons in Business Management with Accounting. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in 2019, Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in 2018, Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2017, and ITIL Foundation from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
