Lukas Herforth is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal, risk, and compliance roles. Currently serving as the Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance at Equatex Global since January 2022, Lukas previously held positions as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at B3i from January 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, Lukas worked as an Attorney at Law at Schiller Rechtsanwälte AG and Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law from 2014 to 2019. Early career roles included Junior Associate at Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law and Law Clerk at the District Court of Winterthur. Lukas obtained a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Zurich and has also completed bar exams and advanced studies in data protection and common law.
