Benoit Hucafol

Benoit Hucafol has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Benoit currently holds the position of VP of Product Management at Equativ, a role they began in April 2023. Prior to this, Benoit was the Head of Product at Equativ from January 2021 to April 2023. Benoit also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Equativ from February 2018 to January 2021.

Before joining Equativ, Benoit held various positions at dailymotion, starting as a Junior Strategic Marketing Manager at SESTREAM in June 2006. Benoit later became a Business Supervisor at Nokia, managing a team of 10 field representatives focused on increasing Nokia's market share. Benoit then worked at Beijaflore as a Senior Consultant from September 2009 to May 2012. Additionally, they worked as a part-time Consultant in training at Capgemini Consulting from January 2009 to May 2009.

In 2012, Benoit joined dailymotion as a Strategic Marketing Manager and went on to become the Head of Publisher Program and Native Advertising from October 2014 to December 2016. Benoit then transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager from January 2017 to February 2018.

Early in their career, Benoit worked at Orange as a Media 2.0 Marketing Manager, where their responsibilities included operational marketing, channel positioning, content offering, and partnership negotiation. Benoit was also involved in developing the marketing plan for Orange's digital advertising in 2009.

Benoit Hucafol completed their Master of Science (MS) in Digital Business Strategy from HEC Paris from 2005 to 2009. In addition, from 2007 to 2008, they pursued another Master of Science (MS) in Digital Business Strategy from Télécom Paris.

Furthermore, they obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in September 2017.
