Adam Sample has a comprehensive work experience in the field of support and consultancy. Starting in 1997 at Capgemini as a Customer Services Representative and Deputy Team Leader, they were responsible for team briefings and providing telephone-based customer support. Adam then joined Sage in 2000, where they worked as a Technical Support Representative, providing first line support to end users and progressing to second line support for Sage business partners. In 2013, Adam joined Eque2 Ltd as an SMB Support Manager, managing a newly created Technical Support Services team and contributing to product development. Adam later became the SMB/JNC Support Manager, overseeing two support teams and the onboarding process. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Support at Eque2 Ltd.
Adam Sample completed a Certificate in Accounting from The Open University in the year 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Human Ecology from The University of Huddersfield, which they completed between 1991 and 1995.
