Jas Badyal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations.

In 2022, Jas worked at Eque2 Ltd as an HR/Office Manager and Group Health & Safety Co-ordinator.

From 2019 to 2022, Jas was employed by the London Borough of Hounslow. During this time, they served as an Employment & Training Specialist, where they secured placements for the DFN Project Search internship program and developed programs for work experience and vocational training. Jas also took on the role of Community Access Service Manager (Interim) and managed a team responsible for enabling disabled residents to participate in various activities.

Jas also worked as an Employability Coach at JHP Training in 2009, and at Slough Borough Council, they held various roles including Aurat Project Co-ordinator, HR Support Officer, and PA to Director of HR (in-house maternity cover) between 2005 and 2009.

Jas Badyal has obtained several qualifications in their education history. They completed the L5 Diploma in Human Resource and Management from CIPD Qualifications. Additionally, they pursued a degree in IOSH - Managing Safely for Managers from the British Safety Council. Jas also obtained a qualification in Safeguarding Adults - Role of Provider Manager from the London Borough of Hounslow. In 2019, they participated in the Teaching and Coaching for Success Advanced Practitioners program through Project Search. Prior to that, Jas acquired a City & Guilds Level 3 Employment Related Services qualification from Ixion (part of Shaw Trust) in 2012. In 2008, they completed an NVQ Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance program offered by WEA - Adult Learning, Within Reach. Additionally, during the same year, Jas earned a City & Guilds 7303 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTTLS) qualification from WEA - Adult Learning, Within Reach.
