Nadine H. began their work experience at Vetter Krantechnik GmbH in 2004 as a Customer Service Executive and Junior Account Manager. Nadine then worked at HPC Healthline, starting in 2010, holding roles such as International Sales Executive and Senior Key Account Manager. After a career break from 2020 to 2021, during which they traveled, they joined Firestart in 2021 as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Nadine later became the Director of Customer Success at spaceOS, which was acquired by Equiem. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Success Europe at Equiem. Throughout their career, Nadine has gained extensive experience in customer success and sales roles.

Nadine H. completed their Diploma in Industrial Business Management at Berufskolleg Wirtschaft und Verwaltung Siegen-Wittgenstein from 2001 to 2004. Nadine has also obtained several certifications such as the Certified Customer Success Change Management Specialist (CCSCMS) and the FireStart iBPMS Certified in 2021. Additionally, they have certifications in project management, customer success, and wine and spirits.
