Juliana Jara

Juliana Jara is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and early career development, currently serving as an Early In Career Specialist at Roche since December 2022. In this role, Juliana actively collaborates with various stakeholders to establish Roche as a leading employer for early career talent while developing diverse candidate pipelines to meet future hiring needs. Previously, Juliana worked at Equifax Costa Rica since December 2015, holding multiple roles including Talent Acquisition Partner and University Relations Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed the full recruitment cycle and candidate sourcing. Additional experience includes serving as an Information Compliance Reviewer and a bilingual recruiter within the Human Resources Department.
