Javier Gutiérrez

Javier Gutiérrez has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Javier started their career in 2001 as an HR Administrative Assistant at PROFESIONALES MARTIN ANTON SL, where they were responsible for contract preparation, payroll, and employee reports.

In 2002, they worked as a Labour Consultant at Grupoius Abogados y Consultores, where they provided legal advice, recruitment services, and handled conciliation processes and work inspections.

From 2004 to 2008, they served as a Human Resources Officer at Compass Group, handling payroll administration, recruitment advice, and supervision of personnel contract changes.

At ING Commercial Banking, they worked as a Senior HR Officer from 2008 to 2013, managing Compensation & Benefits and Labour Relations, including payroll administration and fringe benefits management.

Since 2013, Javier has been with Equifax Iberia, starting as a Comp & Ben, ER & HR Ops Manager, responsible for Compensation & Benefits programs, HR operational processes, and managing a team. Javier then progressed to HR Business Partner and ER & Reward Lead for Spain & Portugal, providing support on talent management and organizational development. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director for Spain & Portugal, overseeing the HR agenda, budget management, and partnering with HR Centers of Excellence.

Javier Gutiérrez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Labour Sciences from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid between 2002 and 2004. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued a degree in Labour Relations at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Later, from 2006 to 2007, Javier earned a Master's degree in Labour Relations from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
