Sunil Bindal

Sunil Bindal is the Chief Corporate Development Officer, leading the global Equifax acquisition program to bring newdata assets, capabilities and opportunities to drive growth.

Prior to Equifax, Bindal acted as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development at Total System Services (TSYS), as well as Vice President of Corporate Development at Broadridge.

Financial Solutions. Prior to his corporate development roles, he spent nine years in investment banking at Credit Suisse in its Technology M&A group in New York.

Bindal earned his Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, dual Master of Science degrees in computer science and chemical engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
