Hellen Fonseca PMP, SMC, is an experienced professional in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Head of Recruitment at Tek Experts since November 2020. In this role, Hellen is responsible for shaping global recruitment strategies and ensuring alignment with company policies to deliver an exceptional experience. Previously, Hellen held the position of Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on team leadership and digital transformation. Prior experience includes serving as the Business Development & Customer Success Director at Talkpush, where strategic customer consultation and revenue growth were key responsibilities, and as Talent Acquisition Manager and Client Services Manager at SYKES Costa Rica, leading extensive recruitment efforts and managing service delivery for multiple clients. Hellen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
