Julian Russell

Julian Russell is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in infrastructure, operations, and cloud technologies. Currently serving as the Director of Infrastructure as a Service - Cloud at Equifax since April 2021, Julian has also held the position of Head of Infrastructure Engineering at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario, where responsibilities include advancing business goals through innovative IT solutions. With previous roles at CAA South Central Ontario, Lundin Mining Corporation, IMAX Corporation, Shoppers Drug Mart, and others, Julian has consistently demonstrated an ability to align IT initiatives with business strategies, improve operational efficiency, and lead diverse technology teams. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Durban University of Technology.
