Robert Macias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and project management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager for Shared Engineering at Equifax since June 2013, Robert oversees the stability, resiliency, and high-quality delivery of authentication and authorization services for various customers. In addition, Robert has a longstanding role as a Team Lead and Business Analyst at Doubletree Hotel, emphasizing exceptional guest services.
