Vera Brenzel

Vera Brenzel is a seasoned professional in public affairs and communication, currently serving as the Director of Public Affairs and Communication at TenneT since 2020. In addition, Vera serves on the Supervisory Board of Equigy since October 2023, as a member of the supervisory board at Agora Energiewende since June 2021, and as a board member of the Wirtschaftsrat der CDU e.V. since January 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles at E.ON, where Vera was the Head of Political Affairs and the Head of the EU Representative Office, as well as positions at Eurelectric and the EU Commission. Vera holds an Advanced European Economic Studies degree from the College of Europe and a Diplom-Kauffrau in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
