Lyla Qureshi

Lyla Qureshi's work experience includes positions at Equilar, mOppenheim Associates, and The Express Tribune.

At Equilar, they started as a Research Analyst in August 2017 and later became a Senior Research Analyst in July 2018. In July 2019, they transitioned to the role of Associate Product Manager I for BoardEdge, where they played a key role in achieving increased product usage and expanding the active user base. Lyla also led Agile product development cycles, supervised a team of software and quality engineers, collaborated with various teams, and conducted consumer insight analysis using SQL and Excel.

Prior to joining Equilar, Lyla worked as a Part-time Research Assistant at mOppenheim Associates from May 2017 to August 2017.

Their earliest work experience was as a Trainee Sub-Editor at The Express Tribune from July 2015 to September 2015.

Lyla Qureshi's education history includes a Master's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, which they completed from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Politics and Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.

In terms of additional certifications, Lyla completed a course on Fundamentals of Product Management at Stanford Continuing Studies in 2020. Lyla also took a course on An Introduction to User Experience (UX) Design in Product Leadership and Management in 2019, also at Stanford Continuing Studies.

Lyla has also obtained certifications in Google Analytics Fundamentals from AcademyX in November 2018, and in SQL Scripting Fundamentals from AcademyX Computer Training in November 2017.
