Kassey Hughes

Kassey Hughes has a diverse work experience. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer Intern at Kiewit, where they gained knowledge about the power industry. Then, from 2017 to 2018, they joined Mer-Sea & Co as a Production Supervisor, managing a team and overseeing production schedules. In 2019, they took on the role of Production Manager at Modern Sprout, where they led a team of over 20 production employees and implemented Lean Manufacturing techniques. Presently, they serve as an Operations Manager at Equilibria, starting from March 2023.

Kassey Hughes completed their high school education at Shawnee Mission East High School from 2009 to 2013. Kassey then attended the University of Mississippi from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
