Ryan Hanley

Ryan Hanley's work experience includes serving as the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Equilibrium Energy since 2021. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board of Advisors at Pacific Energy Institute from 2020. Ryan also worked at Shell as the GM of Energy Platform from 2018 to 2021 and at AMS as the Chief Product Officer from 2017 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Tesla, SolarCity, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, SmartSense Energy, Bain & Company, and 4K for Cancer.

Ryan Hanley completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in 2004. Ryan then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin, which they obtained in 2006. Furthermore, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business between 2009 and 2011.
