Debbie Jukes is a Partner and Head of Client Care at Equilibrium. Debbie has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Debbie started their career in 1987 as an Administrator at RSA. Debbie then moved to Morgan Financial Services as a Sales Support in 1989. In 1991, they joined Britannia Life as a Sales & Technical Support where they provided technical support to the company's panel of financial advisers.
In 1994, Debbie joined AEGON UK as a Sales Support Manager. In this role, they managed a team of 15 individuals and was responsible for ensuring high quality service levels. Debbie remained with AEGON until 2001 when they joined Equilibrium Asset Management LLP as Practice Manager. Debbie was with Equilibrium for two years before they were promoted to their current role as Partner and Head of Client Care.
Debbie Jukes attended Cauldon College of Further Education and Biddulph High School.
