Daniella Adinolfi Csp

Daniella Adinolfi, CSP has extensive work experience in the staffing industry. Daniella began their career at Aerotek in 2008 as an Account Manager and was later promoted to an Account Recruiting Manager. In this role, they managed high volume accounts and specialized in recruiting for Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Production positions. In 2011, they joined the Staffing the Universe Family of Companies as a Managing Director. Daniella'sresponsibilities included overseeing and managing Recruiters, Account Managers, and team leads for the company's New York City branch. Daniella also had account management responsibilities for volume Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts. In 2019, Daniella was promoted to Vice President of Recruiting where they managed recruiting managers and implemented common recruiting practices across all company locations. Daniella successfully grew the company's gross margin and expanded its client base. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of Accounts for Staffing the Universe Family of Companies.

Daniella Adinolfi, CSP holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, with a focus on History and Political Science and Government, which they obtained from the University of Rhode Island. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained the certification of Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association in March 2015.
