Molly Paladino is an experienced professional in the equine industry with a strong background in sales and account management. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at Equinavia since October 2019, Molly has previously held significant roles including VP of Sales & Marketing and Sales Manager at Animo USA from February 2016 to October 2019. Molly's experience also includes working as a Barn Consultant at SmartPak and as a Sales Representative at Horze. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Equestrian/Equine Studies and International Business from The University of Findlay, completed in 2013.
