Maggie McNamara

Maggie McNamara is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in building infrastructure design and project management. Currently serving as Design Delivery Principal and Design Manager at Equinix since June 2023, Maggie has previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Cumming Group and Staff Engineer/Team Lead at Rivian, where multi-disciplinary teams were managed to design automotive manufacturing facilities. Prior to Rivian, Maggie worked at Environmental Systems Design, Inc. in various positions, contributing expertise as a Mechanical Engineer in the High Performance Building Group. Early career experiences include HVAC design engineering at Primera Engineers and internships at organizations such as Sebesta Blomberg and Pennsylvania State University. Maggie holds a B.A.E. in Architectural Engineering with a Mechanical Option from Penn State University.
