Mads Bjelke-Andersen

Mads Bjelke-Andersen is an experienced financial and project management professional currently serving as Principal Analyst Treasury at Equinor since November 2024. Previously, Mads held the position of Sr. Accounting Analyst in the CFO department at Vår Energi from October 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing bank accounts and maintaining balance with the ERP system. Mads has extensive experience in project control management, having worked at Moreld Apply in various roles, including project control manager for multiple significant projects, and at KAEFER ENERGY AS as Lead Controller managing financial aspects of substantial contracts. Mads also has prior experience in cost control and financial consultancy roles at Fabricom AS, Aibel, and Norkapital Gruppen, along with military service in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Mads holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Bergen and has completed additional studies in Business Administration and Management.
