Andy Wolter has an extensive work history that spans over three decades. Andy began their career in the US Navy as a Surface Nuclear Power Officer, serving from 1990 to 1998. Following their military service, they joined GE Appliances as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and later became a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2001, they transitioned to GE Capital as an Operations Manager. In 2003, they joined The Incubation Factory as their Chief Operating Officer and remained in that role for ten years. From 2013 to 2016, Andy worked at 1141 Group as the Vice President of Operations. In 2016, they became the CEO of Equinosis, where they are currently employed.
Andy Wolter attended the University of St. Thomas from 1985 to 1987. From 1987 to 1990, they studied Engineering at Iowa State University. Later, from 1996 to 1998, they pursued an MBA degree at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary. No field of study was mentioned for any of their educational experiences.
