Miller Dussan has over 30 years of experience in the field of information technology. Miller has held various leadership roles in different companies, including Equinox Gold Corp., Finning International, Teck Resources Limited, Aur Resources Inc., The Crosby Group, Drypers Andean, and Carvajal Tecnología y Servicios.

At Equinox Gold Corp., Miller currently serves as the Vice President of Technology.

In their previous roles, Miller has been responsible for managing IT operations, implementing technology solutions, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives. Miller has successfully executed the implementation, integration, and management of ERP systems, mining technology, communication technology, and web applications. Miller has also promoted operational excellence and achieved cost-effective technology solutions.

Throughout their career, Miller has demonstrated expertise in information systems, process improvement, project management, industrial IoT, storage systems, HP technology, Cisco technology, operational technology, ERP, leadership, organizational change management, innovation, ITIL, mining, and e-commerce. Miller has managed budgets equivalent to millions of dollars and led IT departments comprised of multiple managers and technical staff.

Miller Dussan has a diverse education history. Miller obtained a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in Information Management Systems from Harvard University in 2023. Prior to that, they earned an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University in 2015. Miller also holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Simon Fraser University, which they completed in 2012. Miller'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Valle (CO) between 1985 and 1991. Additionally, they attended INALDE Business School in 2016 for the Latin America Management Seminar - LAMS in Business Administration and Management. In terms of additional certifications, Miller has a Change Management Certification from Prosci and is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
